BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Makeup Trials are highly recommended for bridal makeup as they are invaluable to exchange/gather information and ideas to create the perfect, flawless look for your special day.
Booking Fee. To secure your makeup booking, a non-refundable or transferable deposit is required.
Please note: Failure to pay this by the Due date will result in your date being re-opened to other bookings.
Once the booking fee is paid, your date will be secured, confirming that you also agree to our booking terms and conditions.
Please note - Booking a trial does not secure your date. A Booking fee is still required.
This booking Fee will be deducted from your final invoice. Final Payment. A month out from your wedding, an online invoice will be sent to you with your balance owing. Cash can be paid prior to makeup commencement on the day of service or alternatively payment can be made by the link on your invoice or bank transfer prior to the booking date.
Cancellations.
Booking fees will not be refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of booking will result in final invoice amount needing to be paid minus travel charges.
Booking Changes can be made in the lead up to your big day and we will do our best to try to cater to all your needs in making your day as stress free as possible.
Please note, we sometimes have two brides per day so timing changes may be limited so please let us know as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
BRIDAL MAKEUP
Booking date needs to fall within the next 12 months.
Additional fees apply for out of hours (before 7am and after 3:30pm.)
Sunday appointments incur an additional fee of $25 per face and a 10% surcharge applies for public holidays.
